Our Factory is having this Embroidery Facility. We are making the designs and Floppy's in House also. Now a days the Garments Making process has become such repeated Shuttling process that one cannot perform without having this Facility in House. So this again a Feature of Our Strength.

GARMENTING

We are quite strict to choose our skilled workers. We feel that this area is the most delicate where the true value of garment is embodied. We provide the most useful attachments to the tailors and try to make the manual operations more and more scientific and mechanical by which the errors of manual/skillful handling should be eliminated. We are using more and more special purpose machines to derive better and better results. We use latest Fusing and Creasing machines which gives uniformity to the garments. we use automatic cutting machines which ensures correct sizes of parts and shapes. The Fluff and Dust Sucking machines give neat and clean garments. The process of improvement at this stage is like breathing process which means stopping is an end!
